Corrections Requests

It is the policy of the RIML that all corrections must involve both a State Coordinator and an Administrator. The State Coordinator will approve a correction and it will then be completed by an Administrator. If a State Coordinator denies a correction, then no further action will be taken by an Administrator at that time.

All corrections must be submitted via the Support portal. This can be found by going to or by clicking the Users tab in the main menu, and under this tab there will be a Support page.

Some corrections will also be available to file in paper format. As these forms become available, they will be uploaded here. These forms must then be submitted for review through the Support portal, which is discussed in the previous paragraph.
